Airtech Asia Update |
Airtech
Asia, located in Tianjin, China, will open its doors for business on April 1st. Nope it’s no joke! Our manufacturing
facility is about 100,000 sq. feet that consists of office building and warehouse space. We have enough land to triple
its size! We even have an “Airtech Park” located on the premises. The new address is 888 Airtech Avenue (8 is considered
a lucky number in China). Now, we are ready to serve the local communities! |

Say “Sayonara” to paper patterns and hand
cutting materials because Airtech International has invested in a new, huge ply cutter that is 5m x 20m
(16ft x 65ft)! This will enable us to customize a product to fit perfectly
onto your part, such as cutting vacuum bagging film and breather, sealing the edges, and even printing work
instructions on the materials. It will also provide high speed cutting and repeatability which will
significantly improve production cycle times and quality. In turn, this will save you time and money!
Note: There will be a lead time for big and/or complex orders so make sure you place
your orders in advance. |

The NEW and IMPROVED EconoTac 2 is an economical contact spray adhesive designed for temporary bonding
applications. EconoTac 2 can be used to hold dry fabric, core and processing materials in place when
utilizing resin infusion processes. EconoTac 2 has a wide conical spray pattern for increased coverage.
This product is great for those who use it for composite processing consumable placement and dry fabric &
reinforcement (core materials) placement for Resin Infusion. |
