Looking Back at 2007... |
2007 has been a exciting year for us as we expanded our facilities by opening a new
distribution center (140,000 sq. ft) in Chino, California and a manufacturing facility,
Airtech Asia (165,000 sq ft.) in Tianjin, China (Coming Soon in 2008).
In addition, we’ve invested in a huge ply cutter for kitting to meet the growing demand for custom products. And, we’ve
launched various new products! Read below for more details.

Say, “Bye-Bye” to paper patterns and hand cutting materials because Airtech International has invested in a new, huge
ply cutter that is 5m x 20m (16ft x 65ft)! This will enable us to customize a product to fit perfectly onto your part,
such as cutting vacuum bagging film and breather, sealing the edges, and even printing work instructions on the materials.
It will also provide high speed cutting and repeatability which will significantly improve production cycle times and quality.
In turn, this will save you time and money!

Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit
|
The NEW
Sprayable Multi-Bag Kit has replaced the discontinued Brush Bag Kit which is a quicker and cleaner
way to create a reusable silicone, vacuum bag, and virtually with no odor! Also, it can be used on boats, automobiles, etc.
The kit comes with: a gun, regulator, hi-flow mixer and nozzle. However, the replaceable Cartridge doesn't come with the kit.
It can be easily replaced without replacing the entire unit. As a result, it will reduce labor costs and time!

Our NEW Airtac 2 Red is a contact spray adhesive with red dye and a wide, fan spray
nozzle. Since it contains a red dye, it acts a visual aid to assure complete coverage and concentration. This product is
great for customers who are currently using Airtac 2 or a similar product for resin infusion ply and core placement.

Shop Shears
|
Our NEW durable Shop Shears are lightweight and stronger than most metal shears that
exist in the market. They have larger handles to reduce stress and thicker blades for heavy duty cutting. It comes in a
variety of sizes and serrated edge for a an additional charge. Also, the Shear Sharpener is available for sharpening
your shears.
