Airtech Expands Luxembourg Facility

Airtech’s Luxembourg facility is currently undergoing construction, doubling it’s size and increasing its manufacturing capacity. At the first of the new year, Wolfgang Stratmann will join Airtech as the new European Production Manager. Wolfgang has over 20 years experience in European aerospace working for both Airbus and Damler-Aero.

TechShears are the newest edition to the Airtech product line. The cantilever action make them the most advanced manual cutting shears available today. Cutting effort is reduced by 50-70% over conventional shears. Blades are titanium nitride coated and replaceable. Super sharp, with a long lasting edge, side adjustment screw allows cutting force to be adapted to the thickness of the material. Serrated blades are also available for cutting aramid Kevlar® fabric. TechShears are designed for both left and right hand use.
