Flashbreaker® 1, 2, & 5 (Orange)

We have extended our Flashbreaker® product line by adding the color orange to the mix. Flashbreaker®
1, 2, & 5 are all-purpose sensitive tapes that are high temperature / high tensile strength polyester films
coated with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive. The new orange Flashbreaker® has high visibility when
placed on parts and mold and it’s available in 1" or 2".

New Econostitch 66 & 5445 |
Econostitch is our most economic nylon peel ply with red tracers that make it more visible before and after a cure,
reducing the possibility of the peel ply being left on the part. To better serve our customers, we’ve added Econostitch 66 & 5445.

The NEW Econostitch 66 is a heat set and scoured peel ply that is similar to our standard Econostitch with the added
benefit of being made from nylon 6,6. The nylon 6,6 provides improved strength with improved removal characteristics.
The NEW Econostitch 5445 is also heat set and scoured nylon peel ply. It has a tighter weave and is designed for
improved release characteristics, making it easier to peel off than our other economy grade, non-coated peel plies.

NEW Multi-Bag (LH) 750ml Cartridge

The NEW Multi-Bag (LH) 750ml Cartridge is used in conjunction with the Airtech Sprayable Multi-bag Kit
(gun with regulator, hi-flow mixer and hi-flow nozzle). This new formulation can be used in Low Humidity (LH)
and temperature environments (dry winter conditions). Compared to the original Multi-Bag 750ml Cartridge, it
can be used in normal conditions. Both cartridges can achieve similar gel times. It’s primarily used in the
marine, automotive, motor sports, and general composites industries.
Multi-Bag (LH) 750ml Cartridge is a two-part per measured room temperature vulcanizing elastomer that has
been designed for the fabrication of reusable vacuum bags. It has a unique chemistry and will cure in thick
sections and is accelerated by moisture in the air. Multi-Bag is a low viscosity self-leveling paste and is
designed for use with a reinforcing material RVB Mesh 1 which provides stability, strength and durability.
It’s also a low odor product and its membranes can be bonded to rigid aluminum or fiberglass frames.
